Ideally suited for establishing a clinic of metabolic medicine for cancer

September 10, 2018

To Whom It May Concern:

It is a pleasure for me to provide a recommendation for Dr. Donese Worden. I first met Dr. Worden in 2016 at the American Functional Medicine Association, at the Georgia World Congress Center, in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Worden invited me to lecture at their annual conference there. I had since met her at other professional meetings related to functional medicine and cancer. I have also interacted with Dr. Worden on several Skype forums where new research findings are discussed and shared among oncologists, clinicians, and basic scientists.

Dr. Worden is engaged in bringing cutting-edge research from basic scientists and clinicians to the forefront of functional medicine. I was very impressed with her professionalism and engagement in key topics related to cancer. She has clearly recognized that metabolic therapy for cancer can offer patients effective alternative, non-toxic options for managing their disease. She has exceptional organizational skills and does an outstanding job in moderating discussions of key issues related to cancer. She has an engaging personality that fosters unique collaborations among members of the group.

Her goal now is to establish a clinic that can administer metabolic therapy to cancer patients.  Dr. Worden is ideally suited for establishing a clinic of metabolic medicine for cancer. She understands the shortcomings of traditional cancer treatments and is dedicated to improving therapeutic strategies and patient outcome. I can think of no other person more committed or qualified to establish this clinic than Dr. Worden. I can give Dr. Worden my strongest and most enthusiastic support.

Sincerely,

Thomas N. Seyfried, Ph.D.
